Return and Exchange Policy
We are working on a Return and Exchange policy. For now, a Return and a Refund are only applicable if the received product is defective.
We go through 3 steps of quality check to make sure the delivered products meet high standards thus, the received product is rarely damaged however if in case the product gets damaged in the delivery process, we provide a full refund for the product.
Return & refund is only available If your order was delivered with the following damages:
- The fabric is defective
- The fabric has patches or marks on it
Here's what you should do immediately if you receive a damaged product:
- Take a detailed video of unboxing the package, to show how it was delivered.
- Please take clear pictures of the same.
- Submit your claim with details of the damage, pictures, and videos to pehenkedekh@gmail.com.
- Wait to hear back from our team on the next steps.
Misprints and color differences from the website are not considered as damaged product.
To opt for a Return and a Refund (refund only in case of damage), customer has to send an email to pehenkedekh@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Give the following subjects to your email in case you want to opt for Return & Refund:
Subject: Return & Refund for damaged product - Your Name
For example: Return & Refund for co-ord set - Muskan Parmar
Once the damage claim is accepted we will send our delivery partner to pick up the product and once we receive the product, your refund will be provided.
No return & exchange will be done on altered product.
The company has all rights to make final decisions on return and exchange.

Shipping Policy
We are a made-to-order brand to minimize wastage, which means that only after an order is confirmed online it goes into production.
All products take 8 to 14 working days, which varies from product to product. We provide a tracker on our website where you can track your order.
Our shipping timelines vary depending on what you have ordered. If an order has multiple products and the timeline varies, then the entire shipment will be shipped together.
Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, tracking details will be provided on your given WhatsApp number through our delivery partner.
At PehenKeDekh, we only make use of reliable courier companies. PehenKeDekh is not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company or on account of any factors that cannot be controlled by PehenKeDekh. We shall strive to ensure the timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.
In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons beyond the control of PehenKeDekh, including but not limited to poor courier services in the delivery area, inaccessibility of the delivery area, force majeure events as laid out hereinafter, we shall keep you informed of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by a complete refund.
Kindly be aware that we have partnered with a third-party courier service. While we are committed to assisting you, there are instances beyond our control. The contact information of the delivery executive is exclusively provided to the recipient, which may limit our ability to address certain issues. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
