We are a made-to-order brand to minimize wastage, which means that only after an order is confirmed online it goes into production.

All products take 8 to 14 working days, which varies from product to product. We provide a tracker on our website where you can track your order.

Our shipping timelines vary depending on what you have ordered. If an order has multiple products and the timeline varies, then the entire shipment will be shipped together.

Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, tracking details will be provided on your given WhatsApp number through our delivery partner.

PehenKeDekh is not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company or on account of any factors that cannot be controlled by PehenKeDekh. We shall strive to ensure the timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons beyond the control of PehenKeDekh, including but not limited to poor courier services in the delivery area, inaccessibility of the delivery area, force majeure events as laid out hereinafter, we shall keep you informed of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by a complete refund.
